SDR-204 Hydrophobic Fumed Silica

Feature:

SDR-204 is a hydrophobic vapor phase silica based on hydrophilic silica with a specific surface area of 200, which has been deeply treated with polydimethicone surface and modified with special spatial structure. Its outstanding feature is that it has good dispersion performance, which can achieve dispersion effect under low shear force, and is suitable for applications that are sensitive to particles.

In the application of polyurea, real porcelain sealant, in addition to showing excellent thickening, thixotropic, anti-aging properties, to avoid the conventional particle problems.
In the epoxy colored sand shows excellent anti-settling performance, providing better construction feel.
In polyurea coatings, thin coating coatings and low shear processing limits of the coating, reflects the excellent dispersion and anti-settling function.
In the high strength adhesive, can provide excellent reinforcement performance.
Strong negative charge is used in toner, and used as rheological agent in powder coating, which can effectively avoid conventional defects such as white spots and orange peel.
